Philosophy of Ministry:
There are four focal points of my ministry. First, I believe that the most important component of any ministry is that it be Christ-centered. In everything I do in student ministry I seek to bring glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I desire to help parents and students see the power, glory, and presence of God in their daily lives. Second, my ministry is family focused. I believe that God has established the precedent in Scripture that parents are to be the primary spiritual leaders for their children. My goal is to assist and equip parents to fulfill their God-ordained role as spiritual leaders for their students. Third, I strive to lead a balanced ministry that both reaches out through evangelism and reaches in through the discipleship of the students that God has entrusted to our care. Finally, my student ministry is relationship driven. I believe that it is our role as adults to not merely "tell" students how to live for Christ, but more importantly to live life with them as we show them what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ.
